About This Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as a Web Consultant. As a Web Consultant, you will provide exceptional support to our clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients throughout the website development process until their site is launched.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and production teams.
  • Evaluate project progress and report it regularly to clients.
  • Manage project timelines and propose adjustments when necessary.
  • Offer suggestions to clients on how to enhance their online presence using industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to design Homepages, Inner Pages, and Custom Requests.
  • Create aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
  • Promote excellent client relationships.
  • Monitor web project issues and drive resolutions.
  • Deliver project status reports and updates to clients and managers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams via phone and email.
  • Anticipate errors in projects before clients contact customer support or sales.
  • Ensure successful project launches with minimal post-launch modifications.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support for U.S./North American customers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a neutral North American accent.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Real Estate terminologies and general information is beneficial.
