Senior Microbiologist Job Opening

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microbiologist to lead our daily microbiology laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee laboratory workflow processes and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor technical teams to drive performance excellence.
  • Develop and implement laboratory schedules and process improvements.
  • Lead method development and validation projects to enhance testing capabilities.
  • Design and implement initiatives to optimize laboratory efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology or Microbiology or related field of study.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Microbiologist in a similar role.
  • PAM certified Registered Microbiologist (RMicro) certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with aseptic techniques and sterility testing is essential.
  • Knowledge of water, cosmetics, and pharma testing is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with identification techniques for bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms is required.
