As a Community Ambassador, you will be responsible for maintaining administrative work, such as billing validations, shuttle & logistics, executive and client management, and assets & office supplies management. You will also:

  • Be the first point of contact for TaskUs, handling applicant engagement, reception management, client & executive experiences.
  • Regulate to maintain accurate and timely completion of tasks with a high-quality sense of urgency.
  • Collaborate with different team departments to ensure anticipation of applicants' needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and internal customers to facilitate departmental discussions and actions.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports to track office supplies requisition, delivery, retrievals, inventory, consumption, and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sociable multitasking with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, creative, and proficient in writing.
  • Educational background of College Level or Bachelor's Degree preferably related to Business Administration, Communications & Hospitality Management.
  • Flexible working shift schedules.
  • Approachable, patient, and flexible.
  • Microsoft Office and Google Suite knowledge.
