As an Acquiring Region Representative at Metrobank, you will play a critical role in empowering merchants and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular visitations to merchants, making outbound calls to ensure timely billings, and addressing concerns and issues in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate leads for potential affiliation and collaborating with different business units to provide immediate feedback to key contacts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Visit merchants regularly to provide exceptional customer service and establish strong relationships.
  • Make outbound calls to merchants to ensure timely billings on MCC terminals and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
