Structural Design ExpertWe are seeking an experienced Structural Design Expert to join our organization. This role is responsible for setting modeling standards, ensuring the quality and accuracy of models, and assisting in executing plans.Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality structural drawings and Revit models that meet industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on own work and collaborate with project team members to ensure accurate and complete models.
  • Execute advanced model execution tasks, including complex geometry, and special conditions/complex family creation.
  • Present considerations and follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
  • Work closely with the project team to obtain project information and ensure drawings are accurate and complete.
  • Develop and execute Sprint plans, communicate progress, and manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Collaborate with clients, external teams, and other disciplines to identify underdeveloped areas in design and provide high-level options for technical leads.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates or combined education and experience.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design.
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience in structural design.
  • Experience in mid-sized structural projects.
  • Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
Skillset:
  • Revit Experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Working knowledge of Tekla, SDS/2, StrucSoft, concrete, steel, wood, light gauge, and/or masonry design.
