Job Title

The Beauty Unit Director is responsible for the end-to-end performance of a beauty business unit.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in e-commerce, commercial, or category management roles.

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.

Strong negotiation and project management skills.

Experience managing complex projects with attention to detail.

Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

Proven leadership and collaboration skills.

Excellent multitasking and organizational capabilities.

Skilled at building lasting relationships with clients and partners.
