Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple teams in the customer care, technical support, and e-commerce industries. Key responsibilities include applying the Employee Handbook to direct reports, monitoring client escalation, and responding quickly to address concerns and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree Holder and 2-3 years' work experience as an Operations Manager. A minimum of 8-10 years' experience working in BPO Industries is also required. Additionally, you must be amendable to work on site and able to start as soon as possible.
