We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the production of our website products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients throughout the entire website production process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our development team.
  • Maintain projects within scope and schedule.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple website projects in production.
  • Nurture and maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Identify and resolve web project issues efficiently.
  • Create and distribute comprehensive project status reports.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' goals and provide guidance on achieving them.
  • Ensure clients receive all necessary services to meet their business objectives.
  • Support both internal and client projects.
  • Effectively coordinate with other teams via phone and email.
  • Anticipate potential project errors before clients contact support.
  • Leverage Quality Assurance to minimize revisions.
  • Proactively review websites for issues and make necessary revisions.
  • Foster effective communication between clients and our development team.
  • Minimize escalation rates.
  • Manage weekly tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Complete and pass training programs to enhance skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing multiple clients or projects.
  • A background in art and design is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer support experience serving North American clients.
  • Experience with internet-related products such as web hosting and design.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • A goal-oriented and detail-focused approach.
  • A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
  • Knowledge of relevant software is an asset.
