Job Title:

Financial Process Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Process Associate to join our team. As an integral part of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage AP and AR processes from start to finish ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts.
  • Support closing activities for months, quarters, and years in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Improve collection rates and optimize cash flow by collaborating with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve payment issues.
  • Generate and analyze AP/AR reports, aging summaries, and key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in AP or AR is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in Xero or similar accounting software.
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and reports.
  • Ability to work with large transaction volumes and tight deadlines.
