Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers with a friendly and knowledgeable demeanor.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing.
- Providing exceptional service that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
Requirements:
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum).
- At least 6 months of Call Center Experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Ability to work on site.
