Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls from customers with a friendly and knowledgeable demeanor.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing.
  • Providing exceptional service that meets and exceeds customer expectations.

Requirements:
  • At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum).
  • At least 6 months of Call Center Experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Ability to work on site.
