About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team and contribute to designing, developing, and implementing software solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automating business processes and working with clients to deliver tailored software applications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Develop and maintain software applications that meet client needs, leveraging skills in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Automation Expertise: Build and implement automation scripts and workflows to optimize business processes, utilizing tools like Zapier or N8N.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional software solutions, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  • Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance: Troubleshoot, test, and improve existing software and automation systems, documenting processes for future reference and training.
  • Industry Knowledge and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to apply best practices in development and automation, contributing to code reviews and providing feedback to team members.

Necessary Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Software Developer with a focus on automations is required.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript is necessary.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, N8N, or similar platforms is highly valued.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset are required.
  • Familiarity with APIs and integrating different software systems is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment are necessary.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work are expected.
  • Experience in documenting processes and workflows is valuable.
