Job Title: Software Solutions Developer

About the Role

The role of a Software Solutions Developer plays a crucial part in crafting and implementing solutions to complex business challenges. This includes understanding technology design patterns and standards, as well as the current project technology ecosystem.

The Software Solutions Developer collaborates closely with delivery teams to carry out the design, answering their questions and being available to resolve unexpected blockers. They also review items delivered by the delivery team, such as code and testing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understanding UHG technology design patterns and standards
  • Understanding the current project technology ecosystem
  • Designing solutions that incorporate a practical plan for implementation
  • Collaborating with delivery teams to carry out the design
  • Reviewing items delivered by the delivery team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need 10+ years of relevant software development experience, including recent work with React framework and RESTful services. Key skills include knowledge of React framework, performance optimization, API design, authentication/authorization patterns, Azure cloud concepts, state management, data security, and design principles.
