Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of mechanical designs that align with project objectives. Your expertise will be utilized to create 2D and 3D presentations, as well as engineering studies that effectively communicate design intent.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a team of consultants to develop and implement mechanical design solutions that meet project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate visual presentations and design studies to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Create and review mechanical engineering plans to ensure they are comprehensive and detailed.
  • Manage the delivery of mechanical engineering services, including billings and project estimates.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a focus on project development. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Board passer certification.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in the real estate and construction industries.
