Digital Transformation Strategist

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to lead and optimize our marketing automation initiatives. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and enhancing automated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
- Manage and enhance Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.
- Ensure seamless integration and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce for marketing activities.
- Monitor key automation and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications.
- Maintain database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus).
- Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
- Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs.
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
