The Activations & Business Planning Manager plays a vital role in driving the growth of our business and market share gain. This position involves translating brand strategy into impactful customer and shopper marketing, while ensuring forecast accuracy and optimized investments.

This role requires strong collaboration with the Marketing team to drive recruitment, frequency, and bigger baskets in salon partners. The successful candidate will lead category and channel projects to ensure sell-out or off-take growth, support the Head of Commercial for target setting, and work closely with the Commercial Team to provide tools that address market gaps and meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field, and more than 5 years of direct relevant experience in trade marketing and/or key accounts management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, are essential for this role.
