Job Opportunity: Financial Records Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Records Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank and credit card statements, creating and maintaining financial spreadsheets and reports, invoicing clients, managing accounts receivable/payable, organizing receipts and financial documents, and assisting with payroll and expense tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and categorize transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis
  • Create and maintain accurate financial spreadsheets and reports
  • Invoice clients in a timely manner and manage accounts receivable/payable
  • Organize receipts and financial documents in a secure and accessible manner
  • Assist with payroll and expense tracking
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
