Client Management Liaison

This is an entry-level position that offers the ideal candidate a chance to gain hands-on experience in account management, digital advertising, and marketing analytics within a fast-paced environment.

The Client Management Liaison plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of client service and performance marketing functions. As a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients, you will be responsible for monitoring communications, executing tasks related to campaign and budget management, and providing timely and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and responding to client communications
  • Taking detailed call notes and documenting updates in CRM systems
  • Supporting day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns
  • Extracting and preparing campaign performance data from various platforms
  • Assisting with budget tracking and reconciliations
  • Reviewing and helping to reconcile invoices prior to client billing

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, or communications, up to 2 years of relevant academic or professional experience, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
