Crimson Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Site QA/QC Supervisor to join our team. As a Site QA/QC Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our construction projects.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to oversee the quality control process on our construction sites. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality control, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with Procurement Managers to set quality parameters and material specifications.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of QA/QC teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Review and approve method statements, checklists, and other quality control documents.
  • Liaise with clients' QAQC teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth handovers.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and submit regular reports.
  • Identify and address potential quality issues before they impact the project.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent defects and non-conformances.
  • Participate in weekly construction meetings with clients to discuss project progress and quality control.
  • Monitor subcontractors' performance and quality of work, taking corrective action as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in the related field, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
