
Healthcare Customer Service Experience

Seeking a skilled and professional individual to handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
- Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English.
Flexible scheduling available. Must be willing to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, public holidays.
Responsibilities:
Provide proactive customer service and call control techniques to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Create an exceptional experience for the customer by personalizing and focusing on adding value to the call.
Retain existing customer/services through proactive customer service/consulting techniques and enable customers to perceive value in the service.
Consistently improve product knowledge and understanding by participating in ongoing training in keeping with changing business strategies.
Manipulate systems and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel for final resolution.
Adhere to policies and procedures and maintain a positive attitude in support of company commitment to excellence.
Additional Requirements:
Must be fully vaccinated and willing to report onsite. Available ASAP.
