We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Technical Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge solutions in digital, cloud, and security technology services.
This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with our IT team, leveraging your expertise in software architecture and engineering best practices to drive business growth and innovation.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the automation of integrating 3rd party software applications with internal data infrastructure, reviewing and modernizing previous automation designs using microservice architecture, ensuring codebase support and stability, and collaborating with domain SME teams to implement enrichment and rules for integration.
You will also educate non-development team members on software development best practices and present and update designs to developers for review, alignment, and feedback.
Key Skills and Qualifications- 8+ years of full-stack software developer experience in multiple languages (Python, C#, SQL, Javascript).
- 2+ years of experience driving software architecture & engineering best practices.
- 5+ years of experience developing with design patterns and microservices infrastructure.
- 2+ years of DevOps experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and working with containerized environments.
- Strong communication skills for explaining, diagramming, and documenting design decisions.
