Job Title:

A communications expert is required to assess, configure and maintain local communications networks at various project sites across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments, configuration and ongoing maintenance of local communications networks.
  • Assist in integrating LCN components with surveillance systems including radar, AIS, EO/IR and COP platforms.
  • Collaborate with ICT/OT, HF/VHF and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, stable and efficient communications.
Qualifications:
  • BS in telecommunications, electronics or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of direct experience in designing, installing and maintaining Local Communication Networks ensuring operational readiness and system reliability.
  • Familiarity with maritime and coastal surveillance communications infrastructure including knowledge of existing systems, networks and technologies used for vessel monitoring, radar, AIS and related communication platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of HF/VHF/UHF radio systems including their configuration, operation and maintenance for maritime and coastal surveillance applications.
