We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer to contribute to our team's visual identity. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design expertise combined with creative strategy, allowing them to analyze market trends, competitors, and translate insights into innovative design concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality designs for product packaging and manuals that capture audience attention.
  • Design engaging ad creatives across various platforms, including Amazon and Meta Ads, that drive conversions.
  • Transform content from sources like databases into polished ad creatives, webshop visuals, and campaign assets that exceed expectations.
  • Design visually compelling graphics for Shopify stores and product listings on platforms like Amazon, Bol.com, MediaMarkt, and Decathlon, including A+ content that showcases products in the best light.
  • Leverage AI tools to generate and enhance creatives from simple assets like white background photography, resulting in cost-effective and efficient design solutions.
  • Analyze competitors, identify successful strategies, and adapt them with a creative twist to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in graphic design for e-commerce or consumer brands is required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites, Canva, Figma, or other leading design tools is essential.
  • Strong experience creating high-performing ad creatives across Amazon and Meta ads is necessary.
  • Ability to transform content from sources like databases into high-converting visuals for various platforms is crucial.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to generate creatives from simple assets is required.
  • Proactive nature and ability to bring new ideas without waiting for instructions are highly valued.
  • Strong research skills, including analyzing competitors and identifying successful strategies, are necessary.
  • A proven ability in website and product page design (Shopify stores, Amazon listings, A+ content, category/homepages) is required.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
