Senior Graphic Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented designer who wants to contribute to the growth of our business and develop their skills in graphic design and performance marketing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing high-converting ad creatives, a passion for performance-driven design, and strong communication skills. They will be confident in managing client relationships, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our Art Director and internal design teams to create innovative and effective ad designs that drive results. You will also collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of graphic design principles, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and performance marketing. A degree in Graphic Design or related field is desirable but not essential.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands.
  • Collaborating with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs.
  • Applying performance data to continuously improve your creative output.
  • Staying up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.
  • Supporting internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
