We are seeking a skilled Engineer to deploy our innovative platform for customers, enabling them to optimize their building systems.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy the platform, ensuring high-quality data collection and accuracy.

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will support various teams in activities such as knowledge sharing, product testing, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with project managers and engineers across all stages of the project
  • Support product, software development, customer support, and customer success teams
  • Review project documentation and produce required documents
  • Perform data tagging and quality assurance reviews
  • Ensure accurate data collection and sent through to the platform
  • Use industry knowledge to create digital twins for Activate Technology analytics
  • Partner with other teams to support customer-facing discovery sessions
Requirements:
  • 3+ year experience in Building Automation Services or similar
  • Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering qualifications viewed favourably
  • Solid understanding of typical building technology
  • Fault Detection & Diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent fault-finding and technical problem-solving skills
