As a talented UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end design solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Design Conceptualization: Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Visual Design: Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and design system standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless handoff and accurate implementation. Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and user personas.
  • Design Iteration and Feedback: Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability testing results. Advocate for user needs across the product lifecycle, using data and insights to guide decisions.

Requirements:

  • UI/UX Design Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for web applications.
  • Design Skills and Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar). Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design patterns.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG).
