We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Support Specialist.
About the JobThe primary responsibility of this position will be to provide exceptional support to our users, ensuring their queries are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to adapt to various communication methods.
- Resolve user requests through email, chat, and messaging platforms.
- Investigate and fulfill support requests while communicating with internal stakeholders.
- Navigate ambiguity in one-off issues to deliver outstanding outcomes.
- Diagnose problems and propose effective solutions.
- Complete thorough documentation on user requests.
- User Support: Provide top-notch support to users via multiple channels.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve user requests efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of user requests.
This role requires the ability to work effectively during non-traditional hours (10:00pm-7:00am Manila Time) to align with international teams.
