Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
  • Explain the features and benefits of our offerings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Handle objections and questions professionally to convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent communication strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
