High-Value Account Development Specialist

We are seeking motivated self-starters to join our team as High-Value Account Development Specialists. This is a remote, entry-level role with guaranteed base pay and uncapped bonus potential.

This role involves identifying and qualifying new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals. You will plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to high-value prospects, make introductory calls, and clearly communicate the value of our services to engage and convert prospects.

You will schedule meetings between qualified leads and our executive team, log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Additionally, you will stay informed about competitors and industry trends to refine targeting strategies and craft compelling narratives around our services.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to high-value prospects.
  • Sales Outreach: Make introductory calls and clearly communicate the value of our services to engage and convert prospects.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the executive team.
  • CRM Management: Log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to refine targeting strategies.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
  • Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
  • A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism
