Job Description:

Transformative Finance Leader

We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance professional to drive transformation across our global finance organization.

This role will lead the design, implementation, and governance of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in areas such as Accounts Payable, Credit & Collections, Reconciliations, and Automation.

  • Develop and execute the CoE charter, aligning with enterprise goals and finance transformation initiatives.
  • Lead implementation phases across various areas, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence in delivery.
  • Develop and enforce CoE frameworks, KPIs, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Build and mentor functional CoE leads and members; Develop and oversee training and reward systems.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in finance transformation, shared services, and global process optimization/automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the CoE charter.
  • Operational Oversight: Lead implementation phases.
  • Governance & Methodology: Develop and enforce CoE frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Talent Development: Build and mentor functional CoE leads and members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years in finance, with proven leadership in Shared Service Centers (SSCs) and/or CoEs.
  • Big 4 experience strongly preferred, with exposure to global finance operations and compliance.
  • Ability to define vision, align CoE goals with organizational strategy, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in navigating organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and resistance mitigation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster knowledge sharing, resolve conflicts, and maintain transparency.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience running a CoE or SSC across multiple regions.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
