Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing Initiatives: Develop and implement quality service and cleanliness initiatives across the restaurant.
  2. Monitoring Performance: Monitor Sales, Labor Cost and other controllable costs by identifying deviations from desired/planned results.
  3. Coaching Employees: Coach employees to ensure their understanding of Company Quality Service and Cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality management.
  • Excellent coaching and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work long hours and adapt to changing situations.
