Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of experience managing a group of more than 5-10 direct reports
  • Knowledge of A3 DMAIC, Lean or Six Sigma Methodologies an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solution-oriented with a can-do attitude and proactive nature
