Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Finance and Reporting Senior Analyst to lead regulatory analysis and reporting initiatives.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial information to various stakeholders through accurate reporting and analysis.

The successful candidate will design and implement robust reporting and control procedures to ensure seamless financial data management and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the end-to-end closing process for US GAAP reporting, including reviewing and approving adjustment entries and consolidating financials.
  • Preparing and submitting reports to various constituencies based on requirements such as US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting.
  • Evaluating financial trends and identifying material period-over-period movements, correlating it with business events and other external drivers.
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to various initiatives, projects, and change management items impacting the financials.
  • Providing strategic insights by analyzing subject matter and its application in own job and the business.

A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have proven organizational and time management skills, consistently demonstrating clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
