Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining existing customer relationships. This includes meeting sales targets, gaining market understanding, and building a good company image. The successful candidate will also gain technical knowledge of all company products, maintain accurate sales records, and participate in sales activities such as product presentations and meetings. Additionally, they will provide excellent customer service, address customer concerns, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for:
• Meeting sales targets and growing revenue
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
• Maintaining accurate sales records and providing regular reports
• Participating in sales activities such as product presentations and meetings
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns
Requirements
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. They should also have a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
