Lead Architect Position

We are seeking a skilled Lead Architect to oversee our architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of professional experience in architecture and be well-versed in project management.

This is a remote position, and the successful applicant will work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to work effectively in a self-directed environment is essential for success in this role.

The primary responsibility of the Lead Architect will be to plan and coordinate architectural projects from inception to completion. This will involve developing 3D models and visualizations using ArchiCAD and Twinmotion, as well as overseeing project coordination, management, and execution.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Independent planning and handling of architecture projects
  • Development of 3D models and visualizations using ArchiCAD and Twinmotion
  • Project coordination, management, and execution
  • Leading and guiding team members within the project team
  • Closing collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget compliance
  • Documentation and presentation of projects

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical expertise and solid understanding of construction methods. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.

A completed degree in architecture from a top-ranked university and at least 5 years of professional experience as an architect are required for this position. Previous experience using ArchiCAD 3D and Twinmotion is also necessary.
