Job Description:

  • Summary:
  • We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager to provide leadership and oversight for our financial operations in the United States.
  • Achieving excellence in U.S. accounting practices is essential for this role's success.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management and external agencies.
  • Conducting project life-cycle cost analysis, including reviewing sales and marketing expenditures, sales orders, and purchase orders.
  • Interpreting and providing financial information to support informed decision-making.
  • Establishing risk-mitigation strategies through effective financial management mechanisms.
  • Collaboration with external auditors to prepare required reporting according to audit checklists.
  • Developing and maintaining external relationships with auditors, bankers, and statutory organizations.
  • Coordinating internal and external audits and preparing fiscal documentation.
  • Overseeing the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
  • Planning and preparation of budget forecasts.
  • Monitoring and interpreting cash flows, predicting future trends.
  • Leadership of the Finance and Accounting team, encompassing accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, bank, and account reconciliations, billing, coding, and payments.
  • Quarterly and year-end tax reporting.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA certification.
  • DIRECT EXPERIENCE WITH USA ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS REQUIRED.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing full accounting duties in a medium- or large-size company.
  • Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with ERP accounting software, such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Professional ethics and standards, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Effective communication skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Performance management of support staff.
  • DIRECT EXPERIENCE COORDINATING INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AUDITS REQUIRED.
