Job Overview

About The Role

This role focuses on delivering high-quality data extraction and custom report building for premium customers. You'll be teaming up with our broader Customer Success organization to help users efficiently receive mission-critical data at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our Managed Services team to own end-to-end project deliverables for managed clients and ensure they meet client expectations.
  • Be an internal technical expert focusing on automation workflows, data extraction, and customization, utilizing our robots.
  • Utilize Regex, XPath, and JQ for data scraping, manipulation, and formatting.
  • Work with automation tools such as Zapier and N8N to process data and create end-to-end workflows for data extraction, integration, and delivery.
  • Perform extensive quality assurance testing to ensure robots are functioning properly prior to client delivery.
Requirements
  • At least two years of deep experience with HTML or another programming language.
  • Experience with JavaScript and JQ.
  • Ability to have a 4 hour overlap with PST timezone.
  • High proficiency in English both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple ongoing deadlines.

  • Experience with Regex and XPath.
  • Prior experience with web scraping tools.
  • Previous front-end web development experience.
  • Experience with Linear or other project management software.
