Job Description

The Social Media Virtual Assistant plays a pivotal role in enhancing the online presence of a brand, fostering audience engagement and driving growth through the effective implementation of social media strategies. This role involves creating and curating compelling content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics and collaborating with influencers to maximize reach and engagement.

This includes tasks such as creating and optimizing social media profiles to ensure brand consistency and visibility, monitoring and interacting with audiences across various social media channels, developing and curating content for posts including images and videos, and building and maintaining a strong online presence.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, content creation and engaging audiences. They should have proficient skills in social media platforms, basic graphic design and video editing skills, and be fluent in English both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Profile Management: Ensure brand consistency and visibility by creating and optimizing social media profiles.
  • Audience Engagement: Monitor and interact with audiences across various social media channels to foster community and engagement.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Develop and curate compelling content for posts, including images and videos to captivate target audiences.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain a strong online presence by managing social media accounts.
  • Strategy Development: Formulate and execute effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze page insights and metrics to inform and optimize strategies.
  • Research & Optimization: Research keywords and hashtags to enhance reach and visibility.
  • Platform-Specific Content: Create tailored content for specific platforms to engage niche audiences.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and impact.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or higher education.
  • Proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes.
