About the Role
The position of Digital Marketing Specialist involves overseeing end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, tools, and best practices to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning and Management

Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various channels, ensuring they align with client objectives and sales funnels.

Campaign Optimization

Continuously optimize campaigns for performance by analyzing data from Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI, Quality Score, and conversion rates.

Ad Creative Development

Create high-quality ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences, while adhering to brand guidelines and industry regulations.

Performance Reporting and Analysis

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio, providing regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution and message alignment, communicating effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.


Requirements
  • Digital Marketing Expertise

A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Google Ads Certification

Hold a Google Ads certification in Search, Display, or other relevant areas, demonstrating expertise and commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Digital Collaboration Tools

Possess excellent skills in using Google Suite products, particularly Google Sheets, Drive, and Asana, to manage projects and collaborate with team members.
