We are seeking a dedicated and passionate customer service representative to join our team.
Kinguin is a digital entertainment marketplace with 20 million users worldwide. Responsibilities- Providing high-quality customer service using the best technologies available.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Good English communication skills, especially in the written word (C1 level).
- Availability for work in shifts and during weekends (our support is available 24/7, 365 days a year).
- Strong desire for learning new things.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
Not essential, but welcome additions:
- Previous experience in the field of Customer Service (or a related area involving serving customers).
- Scripting or web development skills of any level.
- Possibility to work fully remotely.
