Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce Sales Representative to join our team at ONE ORIGINITE CORPORATION. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and concerns via chat, SMS, or call
  • Process various orders of customers in different E-Commerce platforms
  • Maintain existing e-commerce platforms and website by uploading graphic contents (advertisements, product line ups, promos, etc.)
  • Handle daily operations of e-commerce platforms, including consolidation of online orders, fulfillment of online orders, tracking payments of online customers, and coordinating with online partners
  • Generate monthly sales and expenses reports of all ecommerce platforms
  • Assist in planning and implementing promos and campaigns for online stores
  • Conduct consumer and market research
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Zalora, Shopee or any other platforms equivalent to the aforementioned)
  • Knowledgeable in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Advanced English and Tagalog communication skills, both written and spoken
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Willingness to work in Marikina City
