Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Executive to join our team at First Property Works Inc. As a key member of our business development and sales department, you will play a critical role in growing and managing our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Property Acquisition and Management: Scout and pool properties for lease, prepare and present proposals, and negotiate lease/property management offers according to approved tariffs and terms.
  2. Sales Transactions: Attend to sales transactions as an agent for the buyer and/or seller, ensuring seamless deals.
  3. Prospect Identification and Qualification: Prepare lists of prospects that meet tenant mix and concept requirements, and perform initial evaluation and screening of lease applications.
  4. Negotiation and Contract Administration: Negotiate and revise contract terms to ensure agreements meet business requirements, handle document preparation, and inspect properties during tenancy and vacate.
Requirements and Skills
  • A graduate of any 4-year course with at least 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and comfortable working with monthly quotas.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
