We are seeking a keen and analytically minded professional to join our organization.

  • The ideal candidate will have high independent judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment both in a team setting and independently.

This role involves supporting the Data Ops and Research team by gathering intelligence on companies involved in the financial services markets as well as operationally supporting all products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Gather and update information on organizations using web-based resources and other applicable methods.
  2. Extract data such as company details from various web-based resources related to financial services firms and individuals.
  3. Ensure accurate data entry and update the database with correct contact details.
  4. Collect input data from submitters within agreed deadlines and ensure tracking systems are up-to-date regularly.
  5. Communicate progress, issues, and risks related to product releases in a timely and relevant manner.
  6. Send client communications related to data submission, deadlines, or releases.
  7. Assist and engage in all areas undertaken by the data ops and research team as needed by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good numeracy skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to respond to internal and client queries and requests.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn new skills.
  • Capable of collaborating in a team environment at all levels.
