We are seeking a highly skilled Servicing Value Stream Head to lead our Servicing Operations Transformation initiative across Asia Markets.
The successful candidate will develop a comprehensive roadmap for delivery in 2025, outlining the necessary changes to meet agreed Servicing KPIs.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker to shape the future of our Servicing Operations and contribute to our company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a roadmap for delivery in 2025 that addresses the changes required to meet agreed Servicing KPIs.
- Obtain buy-in from multiple markets, including funding, for the roadmap.
- Assist markets with their detailed requirement work, leveraging previous experience and future possibilities.
- Support the execution of the roadmap through kick-off and governance.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Servicing Ops change, including call center, in-person servicing, and admin servicing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Servicing Cloud offerings.
- Significant experience working in projects and possessing a deep understanding of Business Analyst requirements.
- Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Strong documentation and writing skills.
- Knowledge of Agile WOW and proficiency in using associated tools (e.g., Jira).
- Detailed experience in insurance servicing operations and policy administration.
- Established track record in project management and change implementation.
- Strong grasp of call center, in-person, and administrative servicing processes.
- Expertise in process redesign and system enhancements.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and associated tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with senior executives.
- Self-motivated individual with high attention to detail.
- Ability to challenge norms and foster innovation.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communicator, able to interact with both senior executives and working-level team members.
- Collaborative and adaptable.
- Detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of digitalization and automation initiatives.
- Experience with C360 and process-related tools.
