Senior Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks software.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and other accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
