About Your Role
  • You will review quarterly and monthly reports as well as working papers which include cash and position reconciliations expense accruals dividend and interest accruals and capital activity related to funds.
  • You will also review limited partner and general partner/shareholder allocation calculations schedules and balances as well as financial statements footnotes and partner capital statements.
  • In addition you will be responsible for client relationships inquiries and meetings and will interact with senior management and clients.
  • You will also review procedures and recommend solutions to improve efficiencies ensure adherence to internal and external audit standards and coordinate manage and monitor external audits.
About You
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting finance or economics required.
  • Professional accounting designation required.
  • 7+ years of public/private accounting experience and 5+ years of real estate and/or private equity experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in GAAP and IFRS required.
  • Experience with fair value reporting for real estate investments and debt obligations preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
