The role of Assistant Cost Control Manager is a pivotal position within our organization.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the submission, consolidation, and review of contract exposure status from various vendors. This involves reviewing and updating awarded contract costs in coordination with the IT Project Cost monitoring group.

Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of vendor performance and evaluation reports. This includes verifying remaining contract balances of all vendors through the SAP system and analyzing vendor performance issues and concerns.

A critical aspect of this role is evaluating vendor work progress and accomplishments to determine qualification for Vendor Performance Evaluation. The selected candidate will also be required to approve vendor shortlists, obtain necessary certifications, and ensure vendor accreditation.

Frequent site audits related to these functions may be conducted as needed.
