Backend Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a working familiarity with frontend development and a proven track record of implementing robust backend solutions using Python-based services.


Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable data models and APIs to support complex business logic.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering leads to implement technical specifications.
  • Optimize application performance across multiple applications.
  • Apply type safety and code reusability best practices.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest tools and techniques, recommending them for incorporation into our platform.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency in Python and related frameworks (Flask, FastAPI).
  • Experience with SQL databases, ORM technologies (SQLAlchemy), and GraphQL (Python-based servers).
  • Understanding of state management patterns, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for technical discussions, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
