**Lead C# Developer Role**

  • We are seeking a senior-level developer with exceptional C# skills to lead our development team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale applications using C#. They will be responsible for creating new content websites using the Umbraco CMS system, leading a team of developers, and fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using C#.
  • Create new and updated large scale content websites using the Umbraco CMS system.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Apply advanced Object-Oriented Programming techniques to create efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Optimize and maintain MS SQL Server and MongoDB databases to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience working in application development using C#.
  • Excellent Object-Oriented Programming skills.
  • Experience in MS SQL Server.
  • Ability to react well and quickly to frequent project demands and requirement changes.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, able to explain ideas to both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Able to lead a team of developers.
