Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to work remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team that values positive impact on clients.

This role involves reviewing, editing, and refining AI-generated copy and visual content across various therapeutic areas. The successful candidate will make changes to documents in PDF, Figma, and HTML formats, including textual changes and design modifications.

Responsibilities also include adjusting and optimizing AI-generated layouts, graphics, and design elements for brand compliance and visual impact. Additionally, the designer will guide AI models on tone, style, visual hierarchy, and structure by shaping prompts, curating training examples, and evaluating written and visual outputs.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with copywriters to ensure content alignment with client requirements, and with product & engineering teams to improve model performance. They will also capture user feedback from brand and agency partners to enhance platform functionality.

This role requires defining creative and editorial standards balancing scientific accuracy, brand voice, visual impact, marketing clarity, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of graphic design experience.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Figma.
  • Proven experience with HTML/CSS.
  • Bachelor's degree in life science, communications, design, or related field.
  • Passion for language, visual storytelling, and optimizing AI-generated content.
  • Interest in AI-driven content creation, no technical background required.
  • Superb communication and collaboration skills.
  • Unreal work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Own equipment and experience in HTML/CSS.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree or design certification.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry and healthcare marketing compliance.
  • Understanding of regulatory approval processes and their impact on design adjustments.
  • Experience working in the Life Sciences industry.
