**Job Title: Motion Graphics Editor**

We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Editor to join our innovative team.

This role blends speed, storytelling, and cultural fluency to create platform-perfect content. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing motion graphics, product animations, overlays, and visual effects in Adobe After Effects that feel native to Gen-Z sports culture.

The ideal candidate will have a deep grasp of Gen-Z meme culture, TikTok pacing, and viral hooks. They will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align storytelling with brand goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing motion graphics and product animations that meet the needs of social media platforms.
  • Creating visually appealing overlays and visual effects that capture the energy of live sports.
  • Storyboarding and producing narrative edits for trailers and campaigns.

The successful candidate will maintain a clean library of templates, presets, and project files, as well as stay plugged into sports, meme, and creator culture to pitch breakthrough ideas. They should also be able to spot high-impact moments across NBA, NFL, soccer, UFC, etc., without watching full games.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years of professional editing experience, preferably in the sports industry. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for sport and the creator economy, as well as clear, fast communication and a willingness to iterate on feedback.

We offer a flexible schedule, Monday to Friday, from 7am to 3pm PH Time, and the opportunity to work directly with the CMO, empowered to ship fresh content every day.
